Assessments
- Report-Specific Source and Reliability
Assessments of the Department of State's Country Reports on Human Rights
Practices, International Religious Freedom Reports, Profiles of Asylum
Claims and Country Conditions Reports, and Issue Papers. Objective:
Provide the discerning consumer with an objective and authoritatively
accurate corrective lens which cuts through the rhetorical gymnastics,
illuminates the profound absence of internationally known and respected
sources, exposes uncorroborated assertions, distortions written into,
significant omissions edited out, and internal inconsistencies.

of:
- Country- and Pathology-Specific Health Care
- Primary and Secondary Education
- Profession-Specific Employment Opportunities,
- and approximately 200 other quality of life
factors
- Highly detailed, report-specific Reliability
Assessments of 'Reports of Investigation,' both prepared and peddled by
Forensics Document Laboratory (FDL) and Regional USCIS Document
Examiners, and Fraud Prevention Investigators operating out of U.S.
Embassies and Consulates abroad. Diligent analysis of more than one
hundred Reports of Investigation have revealed, among other things, an
immutable pattern of ethically challenged Trial Attorneys soliciting
unfounded findings of document fraud, both from the FDL and Fraud
Prevention Investigators abroad, ethically challenged immigration judges
encouraging and in some cases insisting upon their solicitation, albeit
they knew, and/or should have known them to be inherently inaccurate and
unreliable, and Forensics Document Examiners and Fraud Prevention
Investigators fabricating unfounded findings of document fraud in an
effort to undermine petitioner credibility, facilitate the denial of
otherwise meritorious claims, and justify an order of deportation and
eventual refoulement to the petitioner's country of origin.

Consumer Tips on How to Identify, Hire, and Benefit from a Competent, Diligent, and Ethical Immigration Attorney
Attorneys don't come with a warning label. Hiring the wrong attorney will cost you more than money.
FACT: Attorneys are not required to successfully pass
an immigration law proficiency test prior to accepting and representing
clients seeking immigration benefits. FACT: There
is no examination which tests attorney competency in the area of U.S.
immigration law. FACT: Membership in the American
Immigration Lawyer's Association (AILA) is not, in and of itself, an
indication of attorney competency in immigration law, diligence, or strict
adherence to ethical business practices.
